Peer Support Groups

We will be launching ‘Peer Support Groups’ which will be based in North London. Our aim is to support the community by holding space and bringing like minded individuals together with shared experiences and knowledge to talk about their journey in a safe and non-judgemental environment.

The peer support groups will be facilitated by BACP registered counsellors. There will be run as a drop in service and will have other important topics to come.

Pre-booking essential due to limited spaces.

What we believe to be a much needed emotional and peer support service where we can learn from others who are in similar boats.. and a place to feel heard, offload and vent to people who truly understand what you’re going through.

The expectation.. what’s said in our groups.. remains in the group. It is a safe space to give and receive support. Our aim is in bringing the community together, to share your feelings for and thoughts with compassion and empathy.
